Terry Stuart, Co-Founder

Terry Stuart is passionate about organizational change and works with clients to leverage advanced technologies for Digital Transformation. He was recently a Senior Partner at Deloitte in the role of Canada’s Chief Digital Officer for the Government of Canada account and was previously Deloitte Canada's Chief Innovation Officer.
Rob Carli, Co-Founder
Board Member
Robert Carli’s music has received numerous industry awards and nominations, including 5 Gemini Awards and 4 Canadian Screen Awards. He has composed 15 seasons of the popular detective series Murdoch Mysteries. As a performer, he regularly works with various ensembles, including The Toronto Symphony Orchestra and National Arts Centre Orchestra. He also teaches saxophone at the University of Toronto.

Well-known philanthropist and president of Palmer Audio Inc., Scott Pollard is one of Canada’s leading event production specialists. With extensive experience in audio-visual design and execution, Scott has produced events on four continents for many renowned international clients.
Topher Stott
Board Member
Topher Stott is an accomplished Drummer, Music Director and Creative Strategist who has worked with some of the largest brands in the world, creating incredible experiences. He is equally passionate about the application of creativity and technology to any challenge. He is currently the Chief Creative Officer for Cue, delivering Fan engagement programs for pro sports teams around the globe.
Kim Slade
Executive Director
Kim is a highly accomplished and results-driven executive with over 20 years of experience in the public, private and charitable sectors. She has dedicated much of her career to innovation for social good with a focus on promoting mental health and wellness. Kim's expertise and leadership have earned her several accolades, including winning a national award in 2017 for her work promoting mental injury prevention in the first responder community.
Dr. Krystle Martin
Board Member
Dr. Krystle Martin is a licensed Clinical and Forensic Psychologist. Dr. Martin provides psychotherapeutic interventions and comprehensive psychological assessments for adult clients with a range of clinical and forensic issues; however, she has a particular interest and expertise in working with first responders. This brought her to support Edgewood Health Network (EHN), and in particular, the Guardians Gateway Recovery Centre – a facility that is dedicated to treating first responders and active/retired military personnel. At this site she provides consultation to staff, and supports program evaluation and research efforts.
In addition to supporting EHN, Dr. Martin is the owner/director of a private practice (www.drkrystlemartin.ca) and regularly provides consultation and training to first responder organizations to advance their wellness initiatives. She is also an adjunct professor at Ontario Tech and York Universities where she teaches, supervises graduate students, and conducts research.

Liz Cordeiro exemplifies unwavering dedication and visionary leadership in transforming mental health and wellness support for first responders. With nearly three decades of distinguished service with the Toronto Police Service, Liz has emerged as a pioneer of support and compassion to her colleagues. Her journey from law enforcement to becoming a consultant in member wellness further highlights her relentless passion for fostering a culture of resilience and impactful change.
