Song: Tales OP Chorus Medley
Meaningful experiences tend to be multidimensional in nature. What do I mean by that? Well at least for me, whenever I decide to sink a significant amount of time to any endeavour, it is because there is more than one good reason to do so. As an example that relates to The Awesome Music Project - the most meaningful experience I had with music was when I partook in contributing my voice towards the creation of an anime music video that was a compilation of all the theme songs of every "Tales of..." JRPG video game that was released at that time. This experience held profound value for me due to the following 3 major reasons:
First and foremost - the "Tales of..." JRPG series is one of the main reasons for why I had named the choir I founded during my university years "Tales of Harmonia" and is the story that I had contributed to The Awesome Music Project to begin with.
Secondly - this video game series served as a key component of my formative years as a youth in educating me on a lot of positive values such as anti-discrimination. This, of course, is very relevant to this day-and-age given that there are two viruses going around in the world right now, one of a biological nature and one of a racially-charged one.
Thirdly - this medley was launched by a high school friend of mine for whom I had met vis-a-vis the "Winnipeg School Division 1 Honour Choir" for which he and I were both a part of. This high school friend was someone I had never expected to be an admin of a top fansite for the "Tales of..." JRPG series called AbyssalChronicles that I had frequented; it felt very providential that he and I met. He and I met because of our musical connection as well as our love for this video game series and when he had kickstarted this whole project, I, of course, jumped on the opportunity to share my love as part of a community effort. This again is highly relevant to this day-and-age given how this project was created in a fully decentralized and remote manner, but was still able to showcase the great value of togetherness or rather "harmony" through the melodious global language of music
